Hiedi, first, thanks for the tutorials, I’m certain there’s a ton of work put into them. I’m a day 1 nooby to creating apps with XCode and using a Mac. I’ve been developing web content for 15 years and just recently needed to branch out into the app world. I tried using CS5.5 Dreamweaver (bypassing the need to know XCode), but that only got me so far. I tried to follow your tutorial on ChildBrowser and ended up completely frustrated, nothing worked right. I realize your stuff assumes a certain level of knowledge with Xcode, but I have none. Do you have any suggestions on how to get started at more of basic level?
I would suggest you start with the tutorial #1 – it has several links to recommended reading and pre-reqs for the series.
